Overview

Refunds are available only under specific conditions as outlined below. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

Under EU law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services unless they explicitly agree to begin the service immediately and waive this right. By purchasing our consulting services, you acknowledge that the service begins immediately upon booking, as we start preparing and allocating resources for your session. Because of this, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, and the service becomes non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital consulting, the following services are non-refundable:

  • Single Consultation CallsSingle consultation calls are non-refundable. Once a session is booked, it cannot be refunded, as we reserve time specifically for you. However, you may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 72 hours' notice before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within less than 72 hours or failure to attend the session will result in a forfeited payment with no refund. By booking a consultation, you expressly agree to waive the 14-day right of withdrawal to allow us to prepare and allocate time for your session.

  • Recurring Consultations & Mentorship Programs – Payments for ongoing services are final. However, cancellations can be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

  • Completed Digital Deliverables – Any provided strategy documents, reports, or customized thumbnail/title work are non-refundable after delivery.

Also refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Failure to attend a scheduled consultation call without prior notice.

  • Dissatisfaction with advice or strategies provided, as results on YouTube depend on various factors beyond our control.

  • Incomplete use of subscription services (e.g., not attending available sessions in a given month).

Product Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Delivered – If we fail to provide the service as agreed due to our own error.

  • Technical Issues – If a payment error occurs (e.g., duplicate charges), we will issue a refund upon verification.

  • Exceptional Circumstances – Refund requests outside of these terms will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email contact@neoxvisions.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.

  2. Review Period – We will assess your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

  3. Approval or Denial – If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another method agreed upon by both parties. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from our approval date. However, the actual arrival time may vary depending on the payment provider and processing times outside our control.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

If we make significant changes to our refund policy, we will notify clients via email or a website update before the changes take effect.
